So I have been to this place a few times over the last 7 years. Everyone I go there I day to myself I won't be back. It's not that they are bad, but they aren't good. So this last time I went in for a spa pedicure and manicure. They skipped steps on the pedicure. Too busy answering phone and jumping between clients. Then they say to help me get out faster they will do both the mani and pedi at the same time. Okay, I am not in a hurry and I said that. I would rather make sure it is done nicely and relax. Then they cut one of my toe nails too short to the point it hurt. Cut one of my cuticles on my finger too much so then when they used acetone on it, it really stung. They asked me if I liked the French I got on my toes and fingers. So I said it looked fine. I do not like MN nice passive aggresive. But what I don't think it looks great or worth $100 I paid. However it does look fine, and will do. Again not outright rude service or bad. But not worth the price for the quality. Even though it is close for me I will drive to Kim's nails in Edina. By far the best I have had at many places. Also Mystics prices are not priced clearly so it's kind of a potluck surprise at the end when they ring you up.

I'm so sorry to say I did not enjoy my experience here. I've been here before and they did a great job, so I decided on a whim to swing by for a pedi. I had regular polish on and the woman who worked on me at first seemed like she didn't know how to take it off? She wasn't using acetone nail polish remover, and she kept rubbing my actual toes and not my nails. She proceeded to move along with the rest of the pedi and I had to ask her several times if she was going to remove the polish. She had to have someone else come over and remove it for her. She forgot to massage one of my legs and over-massaged my right one to the point that it feels raw. When I pointed this out she just had another worker take over. They didn't cut or file my toe nails at all. They used Vanicream as my massage lotion, the kind you can get at any old Target or Walmart, so it definitely wasn't any sort of spa-grade moisturizer. There was no music, no TV on. The place overall wasn't clean or kept up, or organized in any way. I went there to relax and instead left more stressed than before. I know that businesses are struggling after covid, and I feel for them as people. I don't know what their personal lives have been like over the last couple of years, or what their struggles have been. They were certainly better the last time I visited a few years ago. I'm sorry to say I won't be coming back based off of this experience. I wish the shop owner(s) well and hope they can clean up their business, but I will not be a repeat customer.

WORST mani/pedi my daughter and I have ever had. Quiet day with couple waiting for customers no huge rush of customers to warrant this type of service. Didn't listen to any direction (rounded nails, shorter toe nails, no drummel). There was no attention to removing rough skin on feet, certainly no hand or foot message, several bloody cuticles, two technicians were very unfocused & talked constantly amongst themselves. Prices were competitive, but service and atmosphere limited. Huge waste of money...had to have nails redone three days later. We will NEVER return.

OMG DO NOT GO HERE. Most stressful experience at a nail place that I've ever had. My nails look horrible. I just wanted a basic manicure and the tech did next to nothing on my nails. She didn't even use a cuticle clipper! The only two staff there were the manager and the tech doing my nails (I'm assuming husband and wife). They fought almost the entire time in front of me (about me I'm assuming). At the end the manger took over painting my nails....I respectfully asked why they hadn't done more with my cuticles and he offered it free and my dumbass said "you sure?" And he changed it to $10. He knew they looked horrible and that I had a horribly stressful experience. I gave him $10 and ran out the door.

Dip nails had bubbles and started peeling within 1 week. Friend got regular mani and they painted over her cuticles rather than cutting or pushing them back.
