I wanted a few highlights in my hair and Supercuts in Factoria said they could do that with their stylist, Ivy, who was 'very good!!' So, I made the appointment and after spending 110.00 ($5.00 per foil) plus a tip (why I tipped her, not sure) She was extremely slow in getting the hair in the packets, and she literally must have put three hairs in each packet because it is absolutely unnoticeable. I contacted the corporate office with a complaint immediately following the service last Sunday, and haven't heard a word back. I essentially got ripped off of $117.00. Shame on you SUPERCUTS.
I've never been disappointed with this location. It's taken me a while to find a decent hair-cutting place to be entirely honest, I'm very satisfied with the service these folks provide.
Man's horrible hair cut is $23 bucks... I simply asked to trim my hair since it is getting long... and it looks like there are holes. Obviously i dont come here normally. I didnt expect a professional service but this is the worst hair cut ever... Will never come back here. Go any other asian hair cut shops and pay 25-30 bucks... you will get full service and stylist will spend time for your hair. IN ADDITION, they cut my left side burn is shorter than right one by 1 inch or so...
I have been coming to this location for over 8 years and always have Truc cutting my hair. She cuts mine, the kids, and my wife's hair. Good cuts, conversations and on time. I use to go to Gene Juarez (schedule with the same stylist became too inconsistent), Flint Men's Grooming (shut down) and found Truc at Supercuts and the rest is history. If she is on vacation, wait for her to come back. I haven't tried the other stylists, but if it is not broken why fix it!
Yoomi is the best. She is considerate, very kind, not rushed and takes time to understand her clients needs. She is very skilled and very sincere. Definitely ask for Yoomi when you are scheduling an appointment at this location. I've been a client for two years and she knows how to take care of all different sorts of clients. She is always there on Sundays and Mondays. Thank you Yoomi!!!!!!!!!
