I came her b/c the nordy girls like this place but I've had a few bad experiences here. Overall, the owner has a nasty attitude and they have bad customer service. I won't return and can't recommend!
I had been seeing Kim for 2 years and was very happy with her services. As the business got busier, her customer service dropped. She had always done a great job. The last few times, she got frustrated with any comment made. Today, she raised her voice while stating her frustration, telling me that I am hard to please and talking over me as her client In front of all the other clients. This is not a way to run a business. I am so disappointed that this business especially the owner is no longer treating its established clients with respect. I had to leave with my nails 1/4 done and find another salon. I also have to comment regarding the cleanliness of the salon. I got a staph infection during a pedicure and had to be placed on antibiotics. I addressed it with Kim. She was annoyed and tried to dismiss it. I am in the medical field and asked her if they heat sterilize their instruments in packets. She responded: " we only clean them with liquid solution and that's all we are required to do by state." I had facial wax removal done and the technician peeled off many parts of my facial skin. I had scaring. I should have left this salon long time ago but being a new business I was giving them a chance. Kim, who is the owner is rude, dismissive and unprofessional. There are other reviews that attest to her rudeness.
I've only ever had great experiences here! Gel lasts so long and the nail techs are so nice. Especially Alice and Kaylin :)
Quality of service is exceptional. Came here for my upcoming wedding and it was a first time visit. Jennifer did AMAZING on my manicure and was cognizant of every detail and made sure my nails were perfect for the big day. If you want an ombré design, she's your girl. Van did a wonderful pedicure with a great massage. So happy I took a gamble and I will be coming back!
I've been here several times and they always do a great job with my shellac mani or pedi. I love the hot stone massage, and scrub they use! They do a nice massage with spa pedi. The chairs are the nice massage ones. The salon is pretty, clean, and a great location to walk from the mall or Bellevue Downtown Park. I've done walk-ins and appointments. I recommend making an appointment for the weekend for sure.
