I've been going here for couple years now, veryyyy happy with my colorist Sebastian , I'm always satisfied with the color he delivers, and I appreciate his hard work. There's one hair stylist that did my blow dryer once last year his name was Jay and he's very experience and he did amazinggggg styling my hair, no pulling hair, he didn't burnt my head or forehead, and my hair/curls were looking fresh for up to a week!! However other people who do the blow drying are not experienced at all and last time I was there the guy burnt my forehead , pulled my hair a lot and the curls opened 10 minutes after he did them. unfortunately I don't remember his name , but it's couple days after the appointment and there's a red spot left on my forehead due to severe heat damage , I think it would leave a spot on my forehead. I hope manager can follow up and make sure that doesn't happen to someone elese, because it was very painful and it has been very frustrating having a red mark on my forehead . Next time I would rather not get a blow dryer after my color if Jay is not available!
This is a beautiful salon. I received hair color with so much dimension and a great head massage from Austen! I will definitely go again! Highly recommend!

She is also super helpful when it comes to the right products for my hair and I don't feel oversold, it's always just what I need. She's also great to talk to! Since you have to be in the chair for so long, that's such a plus! She's down to earth...you won't be disappointed!
A TERRIBLE experience and haircut I made my appointment day of and was a little late due to cutting my toe before I left the house. I called and let them know and they said it was fine. However I was still charged the late fee...they also couldn't find me in their system even though I had just spoken to someone on the phone. My appointment was apparently cancelled because they had to find me another appointment for an hour from then, as well as a different stylist. Coco came to get me by saying my name and walking off. No greeting what so ever. Was not offered a drink by anyone at any point, even when I had to wait an hour for my appointment. He sat me down and said "what do you want" and seemed so grossed out by everything I said...? It was confusing and irritating. I just wanted a trim to be right above my shoulders and curtain bags. So he said gruffly let's go wash your hair and proceeded to ROUGHLY wash my hair. He didn't ask me if I was comfortable at all. Said absolutely nothing to me. I asked him how his day was and if it was nearly over and all he said "almost". Ok, message received, you don't want to talk....rude. We went back to the chair and by now I was completely distrustful of him and coming away from this appointment with a good haircut. It was extremely uncomfortable because he didn't seem to want to implement the slight changes I requested and didn't even show me the back of my hair when I was done. He didn't ask how I wanted it styled. Just finished and was suddenly kind and sent me on my way. No shock, he wants a tip. The manager kindly refunded the no-show charge and price matched the appointment to the rate of my first appt, $96. Coco would normally charge $140. He didn't even cut my hair evenly!! I'm so incredibly frustrated because I would expect someone who's worked there over 20 years to know how to do an even cut. I will absolutely be asking for a refund.
Absolutely terrible. I went in for a balayage on my natural blond hair and the guy who did it completely messed it up. He (Kevin I think) left the toner on way too long and it turned my blond highlights BLUE. We called 3 different times complaining saying they'll give us a call back and never did. When we finally got to come in for a redo the new lady (Layne L) was extremely rude and actually made it worse, more damaged, didn't remove the toner, and even made my natural blond hair darker and for 450$!! I will never be coming back again
