Stylist: Andrea the owner Pros: hair wasn't burnt off, friendly Cons: Value vs. pricing (work not worth the price), rate transparency (received quote/website does not inform about the hourly rate structure and seemed kind of bait and switch-like), final result vs. agreed upon potential range of results (received the opposite results on 4.5/5 of my requests even after much discussion of potential outcomes and expectations - visuals used during discussion), unattractive and almost dinghy salon interior, sells fancy products for take home but doesn't use same quality for shampoo/conditioner on clients * Not interested in returning.
Great experience at the hair salon! Staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and the atmosphere was relaxed. I had a great stylist who did a great job on my hair. She provided helpful advice on maintaining my style. When I left, my hair looked and felt amazing.
I used to see Alyssa when I went here but now that she's moved onto Salon 44, I see no reason to go back. For the prices that are charged here and the location, you'd expect it to be MUCH nicer. They have a shower curtain in place of a door, things are just falling apart, and there is a random hole in the bathroom wall. It's really not nice and not up to par with the price you pay to get your hair done there. It also seems like they're staff rotates frequently (they just lost about 4 of their top stylists) which makes me concerned about how management is treating employees.
For the price, this location is in disarray. They started construction but appear to never finish to. The bowls are right by the break room that has a curtain instead of a door. I enjoyed going here, but my gal left (along with many others).
Andrea is amazing for hair coloring and extension! I had weft hair extension for the first time and coloring to blend the perfect rose gold color I love! Andrea is so professional, easy to communicate and know what you need for a new fresh looking! Plus, the weft extension is really comfortable compared to other old method such as type-in. I'm really satisfied and will definitely recommend this place !
