Had my full face threaded for the first time by Deep today. I wouldn't say it was painless but I had a positive experience. She was nice and very welcoming. I'd definitely recommend her.
The aesthetician was amazing- very gentle, calm, and reassuring. However, there are accessibility issues NOT mentioned on their website. This salon is on the second floor. There is no elevator, only steep stairs. I'm not sure if this building was grandfathered before ADA requirements were mandated, but it would be nice if the salon's website mentioned accessibility issues.
Beware!!!!! They double dip in the wax. When asked about hygiene I was told we use different one for bikini waxing. How does that justify that you repeat the same wax stick for every customer and for multiple dip. I did not see it until the end of my appointment. Hope and pray I do not get an infection. Will never go back.
Absolutely loved this salon. Myself and my girlfriend booked a facial appointment for both of us to glam up for our wedding. Jo and her people took very good care of us. I personally felt the facial to be much better than most other places I have tried around the Seattle area. My girlfriend has been coming here for several years for waxing and other services and she drives all the way to the east side just to come here because she feels this is the best. We highly recommend this salon.
