Fantastic pedicure and manicure. Very nice technicians. Great service selections. It didn't have the overwhelming acrylic smell, which was really nice.
I called to make an appt and merchant never called back. The merchant's profile says they take walk-ins so I went in person. Door was locked so I had to knock. She answers and I ask if they are open since the door was locked and she responded that they only do appts. I asked how do I make an appt when no one will return my calls. She shut the door in my face. Wow.
I purchased a Groupon for Tracy Pierce and she cut my hair in Sept. 2023. I overpaid Tracy because I had a great deal of heavy issues on my mind. When I requested the double payment back, she refused to give it to me. I made an honest mistake. Tracy made a calculated ethical error that was compounded by a major business mistake. She lost many years of my future patronage. I leave this matter to the laws of karma.

Horrible experience- Went to Tracy for a partial highlight, cut and style- she started off by used a cap!! pulled over my ears- tight. The for an hour she plucked portions of my hair through the cap- digging into my scalp each time. I'm not sure why she used a cap as it is a lazy way to color, and doesn't allow a weaving of color at all. She over processed the hair and by that time I wanted to leave. The whole experience was painful and this is suppose to be relaxing and enjoyable. Save your money.
