Nikki is the best! I've been coming to her for years and she always does my hair exactly the way I ask. I am very particular with coloring my hair and she has always did it perfect to what I want! I bring my girls here and have recommended many friends to her and they all love her. I won't go anywhere else.

I am a customer of this salon Nikie is an amazing stylist i have afro type hair so i was afraid for any one to touch my hair but i went by recommendations and im glad i did , not only has my hair grown, its thicker and healthier everyone compliments me about my hair and im able to wear it down which is something i never wanted to do before but thanks to nikie i now wear it down , needles to say i will continue to be her customer and i highly recommend this salon.

I had come to see Nikki last Friday for a full balayage coloring since I wanted to look good for my birthday dinner. I scheduled through Facebook originally for 12pm but was bumped to 12:30pm. Friday morning rolls around and I get a call asking if I could come earlier, I said maybe 11:30am or 12pm since it really depended on when my manicure/pedicure would be done. I called Nikki back to let her know I'd get there closer to 12pm, and when I showed up I waited half an hour since she was actually finishing up with 2 other people. There are no walk-ins taken, you have to either schedule ahead of time or she will reach out to you if she has availability. I should have brought lunch because Lord, I underestimated how long it would take to get my hair done. I've gotten full color before so I don't know why I was being optimistic thinking we'd finish in 2 hours. We started about 12:30 and I'd given Nikki full reign on the color of my hair. She ended up choosing an ash blonde which is a new color for me and overall it turned out pretty well! I got a lot of compliments on it during my birthday dinner! From dying, to toning, to cutting, to styling in all it took 3.5 hours during which I was sleepy and starving. Nikki was nice enough to let me nap at the hair washing station while the toner sat in my hair, and when I woke up she offered me Vietnamese coffee and some English tea biscuits to eat which I gladly accepted. For people who would normally be awake during this time, there's a TV where you can put on a movie or music videos to watch. Total my hair cost $350 after tip which included a bottle of moisturizing conditioner, so Nikki's prices are pretty unbeatable!! Would definitely recommend coming here for the warm hospitality and good work!

Hello, I have seen other comments on the stylist being late and did not think much of it, I thought it was just maybe a family emergency that time. When I arrived I waited well over the scheduled time. The hair cut was alright but was still not what I was hoping for from the photos shown. I waited for an hour with no contact from the stylist and an open sign still on the window. After multiple attempts to contact I almost gave up but decided I did really need an improvement on myself. I am not sure if I would come back here based on the long wait time with 0 contact or even a warning they would be that late. They did offer a beverage which was very kind and much appreciated.

This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at salon. I went in for balayage with subtle caramel highlights, and I showed pictures of what I wanted, and my hair came out completely over-processed bleached. There are areas of my hair that look gray, and that was not what I was going for at all. While Nikki did offer to tone it down for free, I did not want to return because the wash out was the most aggressive one I've ever had, so much so that I was wincing while she was doing it. I had water sprayed in my eyes and into my ears. Nikki said that her spray nozzle wasn't working properly and she was going to get it replaced, but that it tended to splash clients, she said this to me after she handed me a stained towel to wipe my face, and I was left wondering why I wasn't offered a clean towel to cover my eyes from the start, especially if she knew it might splash me. I have never had so much water sprayed into my ears like that. It was so uncomfortable, and for days afterwards I had water draining out of my ears and worried that it had damaged my ears. Not only that, but she was very carless about the dye around the hairline and I had to use a loofah to scrub the dye off my skin. When she was blowing out my hair with a round brush dryer it still had hair from another client in it. I just felt like Nikki was not professional or very considerate of her clients feelings. After my hair had been blow-dried, I said that it looked way blonder than what I was going for, and she offered to tone it then, but at that point it was such an unpleasant experience that I just wanted to get out of there. The cost at the end was also a shock, as it was much more than she quoted me through text, which was $95+, I wish she would have told me upfront how much extra it would be before she started. I expressed my dissatisfaction to Nikki, and requested she refund me but never heard back.
