Steel Hair Studio in San Diego, CA

Let me start off by saying I have long, thick, wavy/curly/freezy full head of hair, and have always had troubles finding/keeping my Hairstylist. Either they complained about how much hair I have or their work was poor. I've been coming to Steel salon for a couple years now, and it's been a blessing!! When I first met Dal, she welcomed me with open arms, and assured me she's worked with 'my kind of hair'. She was Soo Right!! I get my roots touched up, get highlights, haircuts and all has been a delight. Oh did I forget to mention I first came in with 4-5 different color/tones from previous stylist (such a nightmare!) Dal handled it, we've gone thru this process of repairing the crazyness that was previously done. It's been a great transformation journey and I would definitely recommend everyone in San Diego to check her out. Her salon is super cute, always clean, and located centrally in San Diego (fashion/mission valley area) plenty of parking too! Check her out!

I drive 2 hours to have Dalon do my hair. She is amazing. She is hands down the best at color of anybody I have ever gone to. I will gladly drive to have my hair done with Dalon.

Dalon is the BEST hair dresser I've ever been to! She has been working with my hair for the past 5 years and is incredible at what she does! She's taken my hair from dark to light, had fun with some purple colors, and even did my hair for my wedding. She has great attention to detail and her salon is so nice! I'm always happy with my hair when I leave her salon!

Boe has been working my hair for almost a decade so, needless to say, I'm a fan! She is beyond talented and uses her creativity to bring out the best in her clients. She's also a great conversationalist so time flies by no matter the service - cut, color, treatment, blowout, or all of the above! Highly recommend to anyone who values top quality hair design and artistry. Truly wonderful experience every time and my tresses have never been healthier!

Ladies, we know we all have a tough time finding a hairdresser we can trust. Let me tell you, LOOK NO FURTHER!! I have been going to Dalon for over 7 years now. Anytime I show her a picture of what I think I want, she creates something even better! She truly has a passion for creating such beautiful hair and never fails to disappoint. The salon is always clean and her focus is always on the client. She takes the time to get to know you, your style, and uses her skills to create something tailored just for you.
