I got one of the worst hair cuts ever, plus I got price gouged by Loretta. I kept telling her that I have curly hair so once it is dry, it springs up a lot. I told her that I wanted my hair cut to my shoulders. Instead of accounting for the curly spring, she cut it right to my shoulders. Of course, now it is 2 inches too short. Plus, the layers she cut are lopsided. She also cut my son's hair. She wanted to cut the sides with scissors instead of the electric clipper. It came out all uneven and splotchy. We insisted that she use the electric clipper, but she had no idea what we meant when we told her which number attachment to use on it. She said that she's never used an electric clipper before. She also had no idea what an undercut was. On top of her complete incompetence, she charged me $55 for my cut and $40 for my son's. I couldn't even believe it. I really recommend that you stay away from Loretta at Shear Artistry.
