Came in to inquire about a service and the woman at the desk was incredibly rude. I understand if a business is ran by appointments but you shouldn't kick out potential customers for wanting to do a service with you.
Had been following JK Lash & Brow for a while on Instagram and had been so impressed with Jessica's work. Came for brow microblading and she did not fail to impress-I love my brows and am so happy to wake up every morning feeling a bit more done up! Very natural looking-just better!
Updated review. My wife whooped my ass for the last one. She went to another permanent eyebrow/eyeliner place a few years ago that did a terrible job. Jessica had to undo all of the previous mess and is doing a very careful job at replacing the old faded, "smeared" grey-blue with a dark brown. Very nice.
Went for microblading, was unhappy with the thickness of my brows, said so in the mapping phase twice. Was ignored. Left a bad review and was assured by the owner my brows would change shape and fade and come in what I wanted. Brows that are not highly arched and thinner. The owner bombarded/ harassed me after my initial review to come in for laser removal in the first week after getting these done1. Even though they were to " grow in and look beautiful" and 2. Even though the owner isn't a plastic surgeon that is certified to remove tatoo. Well my brows still look like the joker on Batman. I'm afraid to go back after the harassing messages, up to seven on a row and multiple calls so I will give a good review. I stand by my review. Listen to what tour customers want. Don't lie about they will look better when they're done. Don't harass someone after they say they're not happy to the point that they fear seeing you. And your retaliation for my opinion. I am more than unhappy now. I would not recommend jk lash and brow to anyone ever.
