My sister asked for white nails with sparkles and they said they couldn't do them... did not work on my cuticles at all, they are rough.
I've been coming to this salon for over a year. Needed a fill and repair. (Broken pointer fingernail). Never had a complaint in the past. The gentleman that repaired the nail made it a completely different shape and length. When I asked to have it fixed, a woman added another tip to the tip and fixed it, (obviously it was wrong). When finished, she told me to "in the future go to a different salon". Absolutely appalled! Instead of accepting they made a mistake, they tell customers to go somewhere else?!? Paying customers have the right to have a service done correctly, and not rushed because YOU'RE busy. Especially when it's $55 for a fill! I will take your advice and choose another salon in the future and anyone reading this review should do the same.
This is the worst pedicure I have ever had. I've had a horrible manicure here in the past tried to give it a second chance years later and i am telling you all you should never go here and waste money.
First, there is absolutely NO circulation fan or fresh air coming into the store.
I asked the technician, who did not speak any english or understand to cut my cuticle and the skin around my nail. It is not always suggested to do but I like the area around my nail bed very trimmed and cleaned. not only did she not cut the cuticle or clean up the dead skin, they did not even push back the cuticle and there was no cuticle oil used. they did a LIGHT SWIG of filing and NEVER asked what shape I wanted. I thought these were all standard for manicure or pedicure? there is no top coat and I ran home and removed the polish. they used no technique and I am livid that they did not use the metal flat tool to push the cuticle or other skin around my nail bed to make it clean or a better surface area. I went without a pedicure for a year so all of this WAS ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY and my requests were ignored. It feels very dirty in there and they offer nail polish that looks extremely cheap. also they have a child working there not necessarily doing nails but helping out and it is alarming. there are no uniforms and everyone is in sweats that don't match it is so sloppy and pretty much the worst nail salon i have ever been to with no standards.
My nail broke 3 days after getting them done and they charged for fixing it. not happy with the service
Went in and got a dip refill and was unhappy with the service due to a poor filing job and I was also given the wrong color. I then attempted to go back in the next day to ask if I could get them redone only to get yelled at for thinking there could be anything wrong with my nails and that the color mishap was my fault. That same night one of them chipped and when I tried to go in to get it fixed they once again yelled at me and said they were going to charge me for getting it fixed even though they were done two days ago. I seriously have never had such a bad experience with a nail salon and I'm extremely disappointed considering I've been going here for the past two years. Can gladly say I will never be returning.
