I'm only giving 3 stars because Angie the owner is really sweet and she'd be the only reason I go back. My bad experience happened with the braider who is there, Liv. I asked her if she could do a certain style, showed her a picture of it and everything. She said she could do it! She quoted me $200 with a deposit of $100 when making the appointment. My hair came out nothing like I wanted. I struggled with contacting her cause I didn't want to have bad vibes with anyone if I went back to get my natural hair done. However, I did contact her and told her I was very unhappy with my hair. She offered to redo it it for free. I was ecstatic. Come the day of the appointment I texted and said I'd be 15 min late and she said she couldn't take me cause she had another client and she has a 10 min late policy. Initially she said I was the only client that day. She ended up canceling me and I had to fly out of the state w/out my hair done for work! I was so pissed cause she could've just let me come and do as much as she could until her next client came. I guess since she offered it for free she really didn't want to do it. I won't ever go back to that salon. I thought it was my hair home but Liv showed me that is not the place I want to be! So if you care about being lied to don't go here for braids!
