This is only my second time visiting this place but I love it. They take their time and make sure you are comfortable whether it be a manicure or pedicure. The who crew is friendly and will accommodate any style of design you want on your nails. If they can't do it they will let you know up front and will make alternate suggestions. This is going to be my mail place from now on. Try them out as they are fast and efficient.
i posted a review on their website & it got deleted for some odd reason. im going to contact the department of health . & get a lawyer....and what ever else i need to do because this is 100% not fair i went to this place on the 17th days later i can barely move my thumb, it was very painful to move my finger was hot to the touch . when the pain did not go away i decided to get the nail soaked off because i knew something wasn't right my finger never felt this way before . As im getting my nail soaked off you can see the discoloration on my real nail. as she drilling the acrylic off puss starts to come out of my finger she immediately stop removing the acrylic due to my finger being infected. i went to the shop ask for a manager a lady put SAM on the phone when i spoke to SAM he told me come back next day for a refund. Today i get there speak to SAM & he told me go to the hospital they will pay my hospital bill. which was VERY shocking being that when i spoke to SAM THE DAY BEFORE I could get a refund . Not only did he waste my time telling me to come get a refund but my finger nail is damaged and im not able to out a nail on it at all due to having a hole in my nail caused by this establishment. For them to delete my review is sad. I deserve a refund. But ill taje it further because of the way this was handled i could have lost a finger and nobody cared.....i will be contacting the health department on MONDAY
I had a great experience at Top Nails. The service was fast and very professional. I loved the quiet space and smiling faces of the technicians. This will be my go to place from now on.
Sam is rude and I got cut by the pedicure technician. Didn't get her name and I wish I did to share who did it! She kept going with the pedicure instead of getting the blood spill kit. Gross! Won't be back!
They were quick and clean. I got a full set and she didn't even cut back my cuticals or anything. And the ombré is so uneven on all the nails as well the nail shape is lopsided. This isn't the worst place I've been to but I for sure won't be back.
