I would review 0 stars if that was an option. After having been a customer for regular haircuts for several years, I will not be returning. I arrived at 5:20 and waited for 10 minutes to get checked in. I was told then that the other employee had just stepped into the back and would be out in a minute. Meanwhile, two other customers come in and are checked in. The other employees walks out of the back after 30 minutes of us being there, wanders around ignoring the three waiting customers and then goes out into the parking lot to bring someone in to cut their hair. The treatment I received today was unprofessional and rude.
If I could give 0 stars I would. My husband was so upset when he came home. They charged him $17 for a haircut that was done INCORRECTLY, and took over an hour.. on a SUNDAY! He doesn't look bad at all but it just isn't what he wanted. I don't recommend!
Just dropped in to get my daughter a haircut, we were welcomed immediately and taken back to a station. My daughter was treated so sweet by Lexii, she took great care of us. We will be back!
After reading the reviews I still decided to check this location out since it's the closest Hair Cuttery to me. I too wish I could give it zero stars. Perhaps it's because I walked in on a Wednesday but the service was horrible. After calling in to see if they had time for highlights so that I wouldn't be wasting my time and gas driving over there, I find out that the two girls in there could not do it. This is after signing in, providing all of my information and waiting for five minutes. There was literally one guy in there finishing up his haircut and no one else in sight but for some reason the girl that did have the ability to do it was "booked". That's not what they told me on the phone. Needless to say, I drove over the the Battlefield location and the welcome and service was the exact opposite of this one! I will definitely drive the extra mile to the one on Battlefield. Not only will I not be recommending the Cedar Road Hair Cuttery to friends, I discourage it.
If I could rank with Zero stars I would. I went in for a simple male haircut. Was told it'd be 30 mins. I went shopping next door for 20. Came back and waited ANOTHER 30 minutes after which I was asked IF ANYONE HAD CHECKED ME IN!!! I walked out!
