I have taken my son everywhere to get his hair cut and he always has a hard time. Shante (unsure of the spelling, sorry) was fantastic! She was able to keep him still and gave him a great cut! We will be back!
Check in online and didn't even get my haircut an hour later. They let people walk in get the hair cut before me. Never again at this location
I went to this salon for years and was happy with my haircuts. I used the restroom during my last visit and was told that the Health Department did not want stylists and customers using the same restroom. There is only one restroom. What are the customers supposed to do, walk over to Food Lion to use the restroom? I called the Health Department and was told that the Health Department does not regulate beauty salons. I was also advised not to go back to this salon. I have also been told that salons are legally required to have restrooms for their customers. I notified Supercuts headquarters and did not receive a response. The haircuts were fine and I am a good tipper. They will miss me.
