Yikes on bikes! My partner went here a month or two ago to get balayage. The photo she showed her stylist and what she got were completely opposite. She ended up with her natural brown hair color still with TERRIBLE blond streaks through it. She's too nice to say anything even though she spent hundreds of dollars for her hair to end up looking like trash! Honestly, her hair looks like a toddler colored it. It has made her hate how she looks and that breaks my heart. Do not go here!!
I booked an appointment the same day! That alone was super convenient. My stylist was Sam and he was so delightful! He was funny, gave great advice, and went straight to work. Wash, cut and blow dry in an hour. And he did a great job! You can tell he knows what he's doing. He did NOT do my color- this was from a previous job. But I will be going back to him to fix it with some toner. The haircut was exactly what I wanted :) the gentleman in the front was very sweet too! Adding a before and after to show the cut :)
Nice staff but very overpriced for a basic service that wasn't even done well. Avoid if you have curly hair.
This salon was recommended to me by my sister when it was in Springfield mall and been with them since my son was 5 ( he is now 20) Beth is awesome! I've followed her to this location and even though I don't come often she still provides great service
