Very nice people but the quality is bad. I have three air bubbles and hair. The white is blurry on three of my fingers and the shaping is worse on some fingers and better on others. The price is great but I see why now.
Nicole did an amazing job on my nails. She did a great job on the shape and was so sweet.
Iits been a while since I got such a terrible manicure for a loooong time!!! My nails are so sensitive since the manicure girl polished it too hard and too much, so my nails now so thin (even though the previous manicure was build-up and she took of that one completely and my own nails are damaged, do sensitive, I can't wash a dish! And look at the pics!!! I'm afraid it will be even worse in 2-3 days! So, I'm so unsatisfied! Besides, the attitude was terrible! Don't recommend to anybody!!
I really hate to post a negative review, but I've been a client for many years and the quality recently has deteriorated. I had my nails done yesterday, and the service was very rushed. No cuticle oil was used, no towel was placed under my hands and no hot towel was provided after the service as is standard at this location. And, I have "bumps" in the polish. All of these issues would be ok, but the level of cleanliness has also declined. I wish I could continue to be a client, but I need to find a new salon.
During my manicure today, the technician cut my cuticles too deep causing a bleeding cut on two of my fingers. What's worse is she didn't even say anything, just wiped the blood away as though this is a normal occurrence. I assume most people are aware of the high risk of infection these days so I was really shocked that she wasn't phased and didn't even apologize. I would never return.
