I received great service at this place! I went to get a sew-in, and they were great at dying the extensions to match my hair color, blending the extensions with my hair, and treating my hair gently/with care. Despite this, they over-processed my extensions (which were $300) when dying them and now they are riddled with split ends almost up-to the middle of the every hair strand, which was upsetting. When I asked them to do something about it, I was told that it made the hair look more natural so I should just leave it (which leads to split ends higher and higher up the hair strands), that they could just make them less visible by curling it, or that I could trim it (when I paid for them to be the length that I bought them at). I would recommend either getting them dyed elsewhere or doing it yourself to avoid damaging the hair. In terms of booking, this place does not do appointments and is extremely packed on Fridays + weekends (I waited 6 hours to complete a 2-hour process) so I would recommend coming in on weekdays otherwise you will spend hours just waiting because they don't complete one client at a time but alternate clients based on who came first a well as the service needed to be done. Overall a great place but beware of hair dying and waiting times.
