Lotus Spa & iLash (Lotus Nails & Spa) Fall Church in Falls Church, VA

I asked for a fill in and paint. I was telling the lady that it is not the right color. You can clearly see it in the pic. There's 2 shades of pink. I asked very nicely to color match it after the first nail she did. She was not only rude after I asked, but she got so aggressive the rest of the service. After she took it off, and redid it she cuts me on my cuticle. It happened three times, at that point my finger was bleeding. It felt like she was doing it on purpose. I don't know if she had a bad day or what but she was rushing, and obviously did not like that I asked for the right color. She did not even apologize sincerely. She seemed annoyed that I was bleeding too. There's absolutely no excuse for that type of customer service. She then insisted that it is the right color, I was clearly not satisfied but she still went on. I had an event to go to so I just sat through it. I asked for ombre as well, and she did not do that either. You can clearly see it on the pic. She wasted my time and made me so upset.. I never had such a bad experience at a nail salon. It's disappointing because I used to come here often. Not to mention I waited for almost an hour, and they were not friendly at all as soon as I walked in they just looked at me and then asked "what you want".... And then left me hanging so I had no choice but to sit and wait for them to acknowledge me again. Another lady walked in and she was greeted very nicely and was sat right away. Overall, the vibe was so terrible. Read a review below that she came in for the same thing, and also left dissatisfied. I wonder if this salon has a problem for fill In's and paint for customers that has nails that were not previously done by them. Just don't come here ever. I don't really write reviews, but this experience was traumatizing to say the least. Ps. I had this experience after the original owner Jackie (I believe is her name) She was super nice and made me feel so relaxed. I think it was during the second owner, idk if there's a new owner now. I've read some reviews that a technician kept cutting 'em and was very mean to them as well. I wish I got my technician's name... if it was the owner that did my nails that would be such a shame.

It was my first time having microblading done and ChiChi was so great! She walked me through the process to ensure I was comfortable and along the way checked in on me (because it can hurt!). Because of the care she took, it only hurt a little and it was well worth it! I'm going back for my 6-week "fill." But highly recommend her -- whether you are new or a veteran to microblading. She's just that good!

I visited using Classpass recently for holiday nails. I got a gel manicure and pedicure. The salon was clean, service was quick, and colors were plentiful. You are not offered any drinks however, which other salons do offer. For the pedicure, there was a massage included which helped my legs and feet feel soft. For nails, the lady who did them was very nice and named Kim. I really liked her and she provided good service, however, my nails did chip in 6-7 days which was unfortunate. They looked great but I wish they'd lasted longer as I look for gel nails to last at least 2 weeks. I'd maybe come back here but I am a little wary given how quick my nails chipped. For toes, I think I'd come back as these have held on for over 2 weeks now. Overall, the parking was easy but the parking lot is tighter. This is located right off of 495 and Lee highway.

LOTUS SPA AND iLASH on my one, and only place for my manicure pedicure and eyelash to be done! The staff amazing since I started coming in. It made me feel so comfortable to appoint, but I feel like I am between my friends rather than just technicians. I love their input and anything that has to do with what colors to do, my nail with how to keep my nails, healthy or my skin. I completely recommend LOTUS SPA AND iLASH. The relaxing massaging chairs along with the spa music can definitely put you to sleep. I love it.!

Chichi is absolutely amazing with lashes!! I have referred many friends who have also been very pleased. I've been getting lash fills for years and Chichi is best by far.
