Jaclyn at STLooks did my hair, my mom's hair, and my sister's hair for my wedding on April 30, 2022. Jaclyn was so professional and kind. She listened to exactly what we each wanted, and everyone was so happy with their results. She did a trial of my hair a few months out which was great and allowed me to not worry when it came to the big day. She also had a wonderful waiting area in her salon where we could hang out while the other person was getting their hair done and she provided us with some snacks and mimosas which was really going above and beyond. She got all of us in and out in about 2 hours which is just what we had planned, causing no delays in our getting ready schedule. Jaclyn was so wonderful and I absolutely recommend her for your wedding hair needs!

Excellent service, natural make up, and hairdos that lasted all night. STLooks did hair and make up for 9 people on my wedding day and we were all so pleased with the results. I recommend STLooks to anyone looking for a professional make up/hair team!

I want to acknowledge Jaclyn and her team at STLooks for a job well done.  Jaclyn was my point of contact for my January 2015 wedding and if you are seeking a hair and make-up team for your wedding day, I wouldn't look any further than STLooks.  When I got engaged, I didn't really know where to start when it came to securing a hair and make-up team.  I knew some girls in STL that do hair, however I knew I wanted to go with someone reputable that I didn't necessarily know because I know if I was friends with the person I chose, I'd have a harder time speaking up about the look if I wasn't crazy about it.  After doing some research on The Knot and Yelp, I found STLooks.  The reviews I read were right... Jaclyn was very responsive and what impressed me as well were her rates.  I have been in a couple weddings for friends and I found Jaclyn's rates to be  very fair - not too high, not too low.  I was amazed when I checked with other vendors in my search at how much they charged for these types of services!  While I planned on looking my best on my wedding day, I also wasn't planning on breaking the bank to do so.  STLooks was the perfect solution and I never felt any pressure to go beyond what I needed.  They came to us on the day of and were very patient with each of the girls.  Also since I am incredibly fickle, I met with Jaclyn twice prior to the wedding to do two separate trials.  She was always very professional, patient and happy to accommodate!

I came here with a Living Social deal for a Brazilian. I wasn't overly impressed. My appointment was for 3:30pm and I wasn't taken back for about 10-12 minutes. Once I was in the room I was left in there for about 7 minutes to change, it doesn't take 7 minutes to change and I thought I was left.

Jacqulyn is really sweet and was professional about the wax. She used a combo of soft and hard wax, which is different from one of the reviews I read on here said that she only used hard wax. I was disappointed that she used a combo and would much rather prefer hard wax. Overall, the service was not great, but the actual waxing was fine once it was done.

I probably wouldn't come back here unless I had a deal like the one I did.

I cannot say enough positive things about Jaclyn and her team!  My wedding was May 18, 2013 and she did an incredible job with all of our make-up..airbrush is amazing...I promise you will not be disappointed!  Kate did my hair and I had so many comments on it :)  The salon is beyond cute and absolutely perfect for a girls day.  Jaclyn even had muffins and mimosas to treat us.  One of my bridesmaids has already booked STLooks for her wedding in April 2014 because she was so good.  Jaclyn responded to every single email within 24 hours, sent reminder messages, and we were ahead of schedule on the wedding day...customer service is unmatchable!  Thank you again Jaclyn for such a wonderful experience, you really added to the success of my wedding day!
