This place is great! They open a new pack of tools for each pedicure. Having had infections from other nail salons, I value this very much! Queen nails is also very reasonably priced. Everyone is very kind, especially the owner.
I was so excited to find a place open on Sunday but my nails look awful. Worst part is, I even showed them and pointed out what I didn't like and the tech did nothing to correct it. She could definitely see I wasn't happy and offered nothing to make it right. she didn't get the acrylic fill even or anywhere near the cuticle. it looks like I tried to paint over the the area that grew out rather than actually get a fill. I'm so disappointed.

I was not happy with my gel manicure. Very rushed, sloppy work on my nails and not very clean equipment. They Didn't soak my nails, the polish didn't completely cover the nail and didn't trim the cuticles very well. Will not go back!
If I could give negative starts I would! Terrible service. I came here with my husband and bestfriend to get a pedicure. They set us all at the same time. Meanwhile a lot ok f people were coming in to get things done. While my husband and bestfriend got serviced in a reasonable time, my feet were left soaking for 45min water was cold and my feet pruned. No one checked on me or anything. To top all that off they serviced people that came AFTER me before me. The ONLY reason I stayed is because my husband already paid for the terrible service. The whole business needs to be thrown in the trash!
