I came to this salon for the first time today. I am local to the area and didn't even know they were tucked back in the shopping plaza. It is a very cute, updated salon. All the employees were very friendly. We got a full set and two fills and they did an excellent job on all of them. We got done in a timely manner and they did very well.
They over charge me for a shitty piece of work. Very dishonest service and I will never set a foot in this disrespectful business. Definitely not recommended. Please save yourself the headache and take your money else where.
I arrived today 9/9/22 at 11:00 am. I intended on getting a full set (nails), eyebrow waxing, and individual lashes. I signed the book and requested 3 services. There was no communication to let me know who would be doing my service nor was I updated or checked on during my wait. I was not called back to have my eyebrows waxed until 2:00 pm. I was serviced by a heavy set older female technician with a distinctly large nose. She did not ask me how I would like to have my eyebrows waxed before her start however I trusted her because I have had great results from this shop in the past. I wear my eyebrows thick and full and the outline of that shape was present when I entered the shop today. Usually I recieve services from the male tech in the 1st chair and his wife but not today. Today's tech was very rough and utilized waxing strips, scissors, and a razor. She mangled my eyebrows and it really seemed intentional. If this is the best she can do she should not even be in the shop.
Horrible service. I wouldn't let my dog come in here and be treated like this! Very dismissive and unpleasant people. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!!
Walk in for 2 pedicures. Was refused service because they have a no kids policy. I'm paying for my child to get a gel pedicure and you deny service? She's been getting mani pedi with gel for years. Horrible service, would not be treated this way in Clayton.
