Want to share my experience with RITA!!! She is the most ideal haircut person ever for people who really care about their hair. She is a perfectionist!! She basically treated my hair with so much focus and was in the detail. I got a cut, bangs, layers and face frame. She made me feel so old because of how attentive she was with my hair. It was the way she was taking her time. It's been three days and my hair looks and feels solo healthy and the style looks perfect. Long as I'm in St Louis, I'm only going to see Rita!!!!!
I had a appointment that was set up online. Arrived and waited 30 minutes outside and they still were not ready. I had to leave to get back to work. I will not be rescheduling. I made an appointment at a certain time. I gave up after 30 minutes of waiting. That was my limit. No apology call or anything.
I'm not one to normally write reviews but I felt I had to for this. I came to this salon for the first time, expecting good things. I arrived and was very polite and excited. But once I asked the lady to dye my hair she got very annoyed with me. The whole time as she was working, she had an attitude, like she didn't want me to be there. Even started angrily brushing my hair!! She was very rough and started yanking the brush across my hair. She cleaned my hair with no conditioner as well. I felt extremely unwelcome. I still gave her tip to be nice. But the experience left me feeling very bad.
It's a very pleasant place to get your haircut at. The people there are very nice and know how to cut my thick hair. I would recommend this place, but make a reservation because they are pretty busy.
