So amazing! Went to get my nails done before my wedding. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and they did it perfectly. It was super fast and efficient. Would recommend!
Funny how my review keeps disappearing. Did you know there are actual companies that clients can buy to remove negative reviews? Anyway, I will say it again. Leo, my nail tech (who I thinks compares himself to a highly trained physician (which is a joke) since he is a mean nail technician. Yes, I did have to cancel a few appointments, However, he refused. The last time I was sick, he called me ever mean thing I could ever imagine. I won't go there, but he is mean and Awful. When I spoke to the owner of the salon, he said "too bad" Leo generates a lot of business and he totally blew me off. DONT go there unless you are prepared for this. They totally suck. And ladies beware, what they are using as lotion is fabric softener. By the way, when applied directly to the skin, it is highly carcinogenic. They don't care, only want your money for the cheapest service. That to me is very scary since I already survived cancer once.
First time customer recently. The owners- a husband and wife were very accommodating and sweet. Immediately was sat down without an appointment. Told them I was in a bit of a rush, so I'd do a pedi and dip mani if time warranted. They were sweet enough to offer if I wanted another tech to dip my nails while I got my pedicure so they didn't have to rush my pedi. I've lived in this area about a year, and have bounced everywhere trying to find a place that does dip well. I'm picky... not too thick, not too thin, not the cheap dip that cracks, I like when they do the clear dip before the color, take the time to really buff and file it down when it's done so it's not so thick by the cuticles, etc etc etc. I never said a word, and they did exactly what I was looking for!!! It had already been two weeks and a cracked a nail (totally my own fault!) at the gym. I needed to go somewhere nice that day, and popped in to get them done. I really wasn't ready to get a full new set, and the owner offered to fix the one nail before I even said anything. Didn't put up any kind of fuss as it was my own fault, and I could've technically been due for a full color change.
Anyway, they did a great job and their customer service was great. Will absolutely be a returning customer!
They do a superior job and I am pickie. They take a bit more time but your nails will look great. They are not super chatty but not rude as others have says. Clean, pretty place !!!
Sigh. It's been a couple years since I was last here and things have changed a bit. Everyone was still nice as ever, but their techs' work isn't quite as sophisticated anymore. Poorly shaped and buffed nails, sloppy cuticle work, and glooping on sheer polish shades so it looks splotchy and white - nothing that looks like a professional did it. I had to reapply my polish before my event that night.
