Not great. Nail tech blamed me for "ruining" my gel polish. Told my I "must have touched the towel" and smudged the gel... I didn't. Not sure if the gel didn't agree with my body chemistry or what. But these turned out terribly and he let me walk out of the salon without making them look good. I didn't have the energy to fight for them to be re-done.

I came to this place when I first moved here about a year ago and haven't been back since so decided to stop in to get a mani/pedi. Pedi was fine for the most part, she cut my big toe but was very apologetic. The manicure was when it all went down hill. The bowl to soak was my hands was scalding and after telling her how it was, she said she was trying to "cook" me and laughed. 6/10 of my cuticles were cut and bleeding. The polish and shaping were fine but my cuticles are not. I won't be back here again.

I've been to this nail salon 3 times over the last two months. I've been searching for a solid nail tech for awhile and chose this place after not having the best experience at another nail salon.

The first time was great! The cuticle cleaning and trimming was a bit painful, but my French pedicure was perfect. She also used a battery powered sander to smooth my heels which I liked.

My second experience two weeks later was not so good. It was storming, the lights went out, my French was not even and when she applied the top coat, the wet white paint bled and left streaks because it wasn't dry. I chopped it up to being a bad day.

Two weeks later, today, I got my usual French pedicure with the same person. I made an appointment and was 5 minutes late, but she had started someone else and I had to wait about 30 minutes. I also discovered some white spots on my big toe that looked like it could be fungus. I've never experienced that in my life and it had me questioning how they sanitize their utensils. I noticed she used a file on me that looked used already. I asked her what the white spot was and she said she didn't know. The technician next to her said maybe I dropped something on my foot but that's not the case. She also applied the top coat too soon and the white paint bled once again. There's paint on my skin and it just wasn't a good experience. I will not be returning.

Overall it was okay. Shop was clean, mostly everyone spoke when I walked in. Now, the technician I had I asked over 10 times to straighten my nail THE SAME NAIL I even showed her which side was crooked. Like the shape was slanted so bad there was no way she couldn't see it was not a straight, even line across. Eventually I just gave up. My nails are okay

This is my third time coming to this salon. The first time I waited for a long time, even though I called ahead and was told to come at that time. After you wait, they move you into a chair, so you feel like you're about to start, but then you just wait there longer. It was weird, and I think to stop people from leaving from waiting too long. I will say the next two times I came I did not wait, so that got better. Over all they do good work. My nails have looked great leaving everytime, and they do what I want. They also hold up pretty well. I am kinda disappointed with this past trip (the pink nails pictured). I got this fill done 2 days ago, and it looks like it's already been 2 weeks. The girl I had steered far clear of my cuticle, and it barely even looks like I got the fill. This didn't happen the other two times, so I'm guess it was just that girl (whose name I didn't catch, sorry!) or just a bad day. The shape is exactly what I asked for though. I included pics of the other two times I went as well. One for Easter and the other for spring break! For reference, the aqua/French tip, full set, for spring break cost $68 (including 20% tip), the Easter ones, fill, were $56.40 (including 20% tip), and these recent pink ones, with the "fill", were $48 (including 20% tip). You can tip on the card too which I appreciate since I never have cash. Honestly, I will keep coming back, because it's the best I found so far, but I am disappointed about the things mentioned above.
