horrible service, she literally rushed through my nails. After they were dried I noticed that my index finger nail was bubbled up. She tried to act as if nothing was wrong, and did not want to fix the nail, but thought I was supposed to pay full price I had to demand a discount, because why should I pay full price when all of my nails are fully completed as they should've been. Piss poor service I would never return hate that I even went there to begin with ladies do not go to this nail shop.
Horrible job I ask for something and came out with something different. First I ask to get my feet done with the lady she did really fast didn't take off all my dead skin. Then the painting look like a 10 year did she painted half of my pinky and said she was done. I made her re paint the pinky. For my hands horrible job it was fast didn't have me wash the dust off and just painted over it. The nails had my fingers look crooked. I changed the color three times because I was asking for something like a picture I showed them. Came out not even close. The lady look annoyed when I didn't like the colors she was picking. She also didn't clean my cuticles right she left them worse than what I started with now my nails look horrible the backside of my nails I still have like lumps of the nail filling and dust that she did not clean off.
An amazing woman by the name of Tina was so sweet to my daughter and I, we was in and out without a fuss, and got amazing service! We will definitely be coming here from now on!
This place is horrible, when I went in the first time for a full set John stated that it will last 3-4 weeks. It only lasted two weeks until I needed another fill. I decided to give them another try only because it is conveniently close, so I went in there again. I have the dipped powder and he states he can only polish half my nail because the white part can not be covered (lies or poor nail education). So basically my nails look like the polish is coming off. He did not even apply the dip nice and neat it was sloppy and uneven.. He refused to fix it or even make it look normal. Personally they are wasting the space and need to give it to someone more professional and educated... lets not forget they have roaches but i assume that comes with being connected to the other restaurants.
I love love this place. My mom and I use to go here together all the time before she passed away. He loved us. I always get a great job. John is absolutely amazing. He even stopped by my moms wake which meant a lot to me and my family. I recommend this place 100%
