I couldn't believe the terrible service I received. I had an appointment schedule with "NayNay" right when they opened at 10am. Well she didn't arrive until 10:30. I liked her work the few times she did my nails but I didn't like how she would talk about the customers or staff to me. Like be professional. At the last appointment she rushed me and I had to ask multiple times for her to make corrections and I'm very mindful about how I come off. That wasn't even the awful part...
When it came time to pay I asked her what the amount was while giving her my card and she just took the card and processed it. $30 extra than what I normally paid. I said "so you overcharge me and there's no discount for how late you were" this weird woman just stuck her tongue out at me lol ?? So then after not saying a single word she just poked my stomach and said "you need to go run" I couldn't believe the fact that she felt comfortable to say that as I do not know this woman nor am I overweight. I told her that was rude and she asked "do you run" I just had to walk out. My nails weren't what I asked for and the service was the worst I had experienced. They already look like they're on the verge of closing. I've been a customer on and off for about 5 years. Usually they're my last resort but not only do they need to just shut it down because they can't keep staff and the staff they have are extremely rude, this place will never see me again.

No. They aren't good. My nails are WIDE like I have Fat Nail beds and I do not! Then tried to charge me for something HE decided to do WITHOUT asking me What I wanted!!!
ZERO STARS WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I was recommended to this establishment by a friend. When I called to make an appointment the man said they weren't taking any walk-ins or appointments and rudely hung up on me. I reported to the BBB and OSHA. Save your money and go elsewhere
This is my favorite spot for pedicures (I get the deluxe or the ultimate). Charlie is amazing. I highly recommend them.
