Due to an unexpected emergency I was late to my appointment and I was fully expecting them to not let me get my nails done due to being late. They were SO NICE and so understanding. Not only did they do my nails but they informed me they probably wouldn't have time for chrome which is fine. My lovely nail tech surprised me with chrome nails! How sweet considering these nails are for my engagement photos. I was over the moon after having such a terrible, stressful day. Thank you for being so kind and accommodating.

I was looking for a pedicure in a relaxing atmosphere where I was confident with the cleanliness/infection control. I found that and received a flawless pedicure at City Nail Bar. I went to the Bates Hendricks location where I was greeted immediately, offered a drink and escorted to the pedicure chair. I had Emily, who provided me with a beautiful pedicure and just the right amount of chit chat. Meanwhile, pleasant music played in the background. I love that it is appointment only (which is easily scheduled online), so there is no waiting and I had the full attention of Emily for an entire hour. I look forward to returning for my next pedicure and may upgrade to a manicure, too!
