Already had 1 bad experience at this nail
salon in the past, but I decided to give them another shot yesterday because of convenience but should not have. The lady who was doing my nails knicked my cuticle multiple times on the first try on my nails. Then, she had to redo 5 of my fingers because the polish kept discoloring when she would try and seal it with her top coat. She blamed ME for choosing a "galaxy" brand dip color even through that brand was 1/3 of the color choices they offer for dip. To me, it sounds like your nail salon either 1) doesn't know how to do nails or 2) buys cheap product. She had to redo my thumb 3-4 times and it still looks awful and hurts because she laid the dip on top of my cuticle and now it is digging into my skin. My nails are also all different types of thickness now from all her mistakes she tried to redo so many times. Not to mention the TIME this all took. Thinking of breaking off the nails and going to get them redone at The Nail Bar in Hoover which is MUCH more superior of a nail salon. Very disappointed.
Scott is wonderful! He always takes the time to make sure I like the nails. On occasion I'll come in after breaking a nail, and he'll fix it for free. Great people, great quality services. This has been my go to place for over 3 years now and I'll always come back!
I've been going to Q Nails for several years and love the job they do! My nails look great and enjoy my pedicures there as well.
This has been my go to place for years. The pedicure always includes a nice long massage and the chairs are very clean. Scott, Kathy and the rest of the staff are courteous, friendly, and know what they're doing. I highly recommend Q Nails.
