They always do a great job; however, If you had planned to get in and out, this is not your place. It is always packed in here. Even if you make an appointment, you will still wait. If you get double services, expect to be there about 3+ hours. I've always waited atleast 45+ minutes to start services. Maybe 20 mins is the lowest I've waited with an appointment.

The people here are sweet. They do a good job. Prices are comparable to other nail salons. I've been to this shop probably 8 times this year (in 2023) and the horrible wait time is enough to have me consider somewhere else.

Service is fantastic! I went in with my boyfriend to get our pedicures and myself a new set of acrylics. They were busy but while waiting, they made a spot for us to sit together in the pedicure chairs until it was our turn. The two ladies that did our pedicures were so nice and joking with us the whole time. I had asked to get some pretty difficult nail designs and asked ahead of time if someone could do this and she said Tracy could do it.
They were so busy I was the last customer but nobody had any attitude and never rushed to finish the job. Tracy took her time and made sure each nail looked like the picture.

I went in for dip nails and asked for a specific shape. As it progressed it didn't look like they were the right shape so I nicely asked and he said he'd do it at a later time in the service. Waited another 20 minutes and they still didn't look like the right shape so I said something again. He then proceeded to argue with me, so I showed him a picture of what I actually wanted. Long story short, I walked out with my nails looking like the wrong shape.  Still.

They are good.  Take walk ins and do t do a lot of chatting.  They do a wonderful job on older men too.  My father in law loves going with me to be pampered.

I came in for a mani pedi and the girl who worked on me rushed the whole process. When I go to a nail salon, I'm going in to pamper myself and relax. My experience was the complete opposite. I was not asked what type of pedicure I wanted. The service was rushed, my cuticles where not cleaned right and you can see where chunks were taken out. I'm not sure why the job was rushed as only 4 people were receiving services. The handling of my hands and feet were rough as well. This is the first time I've left a nail salon angry and feeling like I've wasted time. So much so, I couldn't even sit with my mother while she finished up (she requested the same services). All in all, try this place at your own risk!
