LASH & WAX 4 U in Birmingham, AL

Pam is very unprofessional.I went to get strip lashes2 days later they came off I went back the other lady that works in there alongside of her fixed it 2 days later they came off again.Remind you I went back ab3rd she got smart i wanted my money back .Poor customer service, non knowledgeable of the application process need to retrained and if I knew it was the old moon spa salon I would have never went. Save y'all self the tr in trouble.Stay away from this place.I am pissed off.Pam you are sorry.

I should have listened to the star rating and review and not given this place the benefit for of the doubt. Went in for a wax, the room was disorganized looked a mess. The lady guaranteed me that the wax was a new jar so I thought that's fine I really need this anyways. I went on with the wax and the lady who did it obviously did not know what she was doing so I ended after the second strip. She was trying to take off all the hair on a bikini wax with ONE STRIP AT ONE TIME that is not how you wax. Then when I asked for her to do smaller pieces the wax was not dry before she tried yanking it off. My fault for trying their fault for having unqualified staff and a dirty work environment.

Was not happy with the service that I received a few months ago.  Sloppy and unprofessional.

I called a head of time to see if they could do a inner nose wax for a male and even made an appointment for my boyfriend. We were there for 30 minutes and decided to leave. Lady tells us to stay and wouldn't be long and we wait a little longer only to be told that they don't do man wax. A wast of time!

My daughter and I went in on Saturday afternoon for eye brow threading. This was not our first time here. They were crowded with no place to sit in the waiting area. There were two ladies doing eye brows, waxing etc. and two stylists doing hair. They were all pretty much stationed close to the entry door. We stood for a few minutes then were shown to a seat in an area towards the back. As this was not either of our first times to get our brows threaded, it was surprising how fast the lady did them. Needless to say neither of us were pleased with the results. I did not want to ask her to try to correct what she had done for fear of having them really botched. Usually when I have eye brow threading the person uses an antiseptic afterwards to sooth the area threaded, not here. She asked if I wanted her to use a filler to "shape" my brows, I said yes, then she tried to sell me the filler. First the price was $20 but when I declined, the price went to $15...which did not sit well with me. I declined her offer of course. The price for eye brow threading was $12 on THIS DAY...There are no prices posted mind you, but the price has been different every time I have been. The last time I was there I was originally told $14, when I questioned the price, she "remembered" that it should was $10. Today the price was $12. I did not question the lady because I was already unhappy with the whole experience. My daughter paid for both of us. We told the lady that we were together but she rung us up separately stating that she misunderstood. When I checked my daughter's online bank statement I discovered that she had been charged $12 for one of us and $14 for the other! Also, my daughter was not given a receipt, we were told that it would be texted to me as my number was in their system, I never received a text. I am very unhappy and will be going back this morning to show them where they charged too much. It is only $2 but for the sake of principle, I will let them know that I am aware of their poor business practices and basic dishonesty. Needless to say, I will never have any service done here and do not recommend them.
