I came here as a result of looking at the work and reviews this shop. I was looking for a salon that is able to execute ombré nails. I came in about 30 mins before they closed. I understand employees want to get home and I even said I will come back the next day as I work as a server and understand having a long day and wanting to close on time. However I feel like my nails were rushed, and way sloppier than expected. My nail tech was kind of rude, I tried to make conversation with her but she just brushed me off. I tipped $12 and she still seemed as if she had an attitude. I won't be returning seeing as the staff is less than welcoming and my nails were less than satisfactory. I even came back the best day with my sister to get a pedicure while she got a full set.The tech that did my pedicure was very friendly and outgoing and we even engaged in personal conversation. However, the polish on my toes started chipping the next day and even though I tried to give the shop another chance, they let me down again. I guess you do get what you pay for! I don't mind spending a little more for a welcoming staff and better work. Another shop crossed off my list and I will be taking my business elsewhere.
My first time in this place. And not satisfied with the service I got. First of all I pay $35 to fill in my nails but Joey is not cautious enough and murdered my finger and left there with a bloody sore finger. Place is dirty!!!I will not come back to this place
every time i've gotten a set of acrylics or a fill i have been extremely disappointed. they don't take their time. i've left crooked nails and nails that are different lengths. i wouldn't recommend this place unless you schedule an appointment with aaron.
So, I've seen Aaron 3 times. I was satiafied until today. He took an old gel polish and put on my acrylic nail, which chipped less than a week and tells me he can't fix it. I'm so disappointed in their customer service. It would've taken him nothing to repaint ONE nail. This is one reason why I'm seeking a black own business to support. Keep being treated like trash.
This place is in Walmart which is very convenient. The nail techs are very nice people and they do they're best to give you what you want. My nail tech even suggested a nail color better than the one I picked out. The cons are that it's small but it's in Walmart so...you take what you can get. Also my nails were thick on certain fingers but the shape is Beautiful!
