Donnabelle's Nails and Spa in Laurel, MD

First, let me start with the immaculate customer serviceI didn't have to wait I was serviced right away with Vivian. I showed her a picture of my nails ONE TIME and she delivered what was asked! The staff are great and their work shows for themself. I definitely recommend you to visit!

They dont even deserve a 1 star I went to get gel polish pedicure and the lady didn't even shape my toenails. I got home and the the polish Is al re already coming off, after a shower. They need to stay closed

Was greeted right away which was nice so I thought it would be a good experience- I was wrong! I waited an hour for someone to even start my nails. The older woman that does the eyebrows did my nails because I was waiting so long. So instead of trying to finish my nails to get me out she stopped twice to do a customers eyebrows! So while I'm sitting at the chair waiting I notice it's been a few minutes so I look around to see where she went she comes walking out with hot tea in her hand.. I got the coffin shape and asked if she could make a couple nails on one hand a little more square to match the others and she aggressively grabs my hand and does a quick two stroke file which didn't do anything. So I thought I should wait until she did the electrical file to see if that made them better and when doing that she did a quick rush through and my nails were lumpy and not shaped correctly and to top it off the paint job was horrible I have to go home and clean them up with some polish remover and a cue tip. The salon itself is in a ghetto area so I guess they don't take their customers too seriously..shame

The owner does nice eyelashes but she is unprofessional, money hungry, greedy, lies, and chase after clients if they get up and leave after she lied to them about the wait. She doesn't honor appointments, and because she is money hungry will take whatever walk in available without acknowledging her appointments. No one cleans the shop, I call it "the dirty salon". One time a three year old, and six year old dropped polish, which is glass she made them clean it up. The mother was so upset but she was getting a pedicure. Those kids were there first for a service, but she saw everyone before them, and lied and said it was her employee's fault. She juggles 5 clients at a time, with no respect to anyone's time. One time I was there for four hours, getting a basic full set, and pedicure.The owner doesn't ever wash her hands between clients. She can't keep any employees because she is unprofessional, its a high turn around with employment for her. If you are looking for a shop that does mediocre nails, unsanitary, unprofessional, unethical and with a begging owner that lies this is your shop!

Just horrible. I left after paying 70 bucks and drove an hour to my usual place and had to pay 50 bucks to get the mess this salon did off and get a whole new set done!! And my toes look like my 3 year old did them!! Stay away!
