Only have 1 star because I had to pick something, but horrible experience. Don't bring your young kids here, or at least stay clear of Chris. Even the "new" Manager was rude. I should have known with all of the new staff and Management that there must have been a reason. Chris is unprofessional and horrible with kids. I have a quite well behaved for her age daughter who was treated so poorly. When she was tipped she even had the nerve to question if the tip amount was right. Please save yourself a trip and go somewhere else.
The fact that my haircut is uneven and I came back after they messed up the first time .. I'm pissed . Never coming here again
Brittany from this location did a great job on my hair today. I came in with a big hair "oops" and asked for a dramatic change to help fix it - a pixie. She also did some foils and a deep condition, which really helped make my hair look normal again. Overall, she was skilled, friendly, and fast. She also wasn't intimidated with how messed up my hair was when I walked in.
Needed a haircut immediately and took a chance on an early Saturday morning... 10 minute wait as they suggested. Nice and clean shop. Pordea gave me subtle layers as I requested. She did not talk much at all & if so, only in relation to my hair. I'm not much of a talker, so I'm happy with this. I didn't want a shampoo or style - just a cut. When she was done, I didn't know what to think... It was real simple and quick as I expected. Once I got home, I loved it! It was something to give versus my plain straight hair. I'm so glad I took this chance.
Friendly staff, reasonable prices, good haircut. Seems to be well staffed, waiting area is clean and tidy.
