The girl who was doing my pedicure cut me and pretended that it did not happen and proceeded to put alcohol in it. Then gave me gel when I asked for normal polish and tried to argue with me and wanted me to pay for something I did not ask for. Also all the services in the pedicure choice will not be given. Overall bad experience.
This review is a few months overdue but here goes! I found this place because it's not far from my home and the other salon in Castro Valley I used to visit doesn't have an acrylic nail tech on Saturdays so Yelp! led me here since I needed to get them done on Saturday. Super happy it did! I've visited about 4 times now and each time I've been a walk in I've gotten in right away with sometimes just a 5 minute wait. I usually get a fill or full set and "the works" pedicure. The pedicure experience is always amazing and they usually start my nails at the same time which is nice so that I can get on with my day quicker. Nails always look amazing no matter which nail tech I get. They always have a full staff which helps to get in and out. Oh and they prefer cash but they do take cards. Another bonus: they are right downtown in Hayward so you can walk down the street and get a bite to eat, catch a movie, or visit the farmers market either before or after your visit! I'm going there again today and cannot wait for my pedicure!
