The nail techs are rude and talks about their clients in their foreign languages as if one doesn't recognizes when their being talked about. The nail tech are unprofessional doesn't speak when you walk in their place of business. Most techs there don't speak English and don't understand what service you are asking for. I was there today and I wasn't offered any nail polish until the very end. The tech got angry because I asked her to finish my nails before she started my pedicure. The nail tech left me and never returned to complete my nails. Someone else completed my nails. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. AND THE PLACE WASN'T CLEAN.
I am so disappointed with Megan's Nail Salon. I have gone here for years. And even referred many friends and family there too. I had my usual pedicure and waxing done today. I had paid to get a "foot rub" and an eyebrow wax. I had returned home to use a foot spa to remove dry skin that was missed. In addition my left brow has a bald patch (think singer Charlie Puth). Now I am leaving for vacation for 10 days and will have to draw in my eyebrows. I will definitely not be returning or referring.
I've come to this salon twice and have left very happy both times. It's clean, the employees are all friendly and they're always able to do the requested design we ask for. My acrylics look great and come out feeling sturdy without looking bulky at all. Definitely check out Megan's if you're in the area and need your nails done!
Just had a great first experience at this salon tonight, I called around 3:30pm and was really hoping they'd be able to fit me in today, I got a 6pm appointment. The technician was so sweet and funny and did such a good job, they even offer complimentary wine or sangria which I was really glad of! Thank you
This was my first time at Megan's Nail Salon and it was amazing. I did not make an appointment but I came in right at opening and they were able to seat me right away. I will make sure to make an appointment next time though. I just needed a pedicure and chose the deluxe with gel polish which comes with paraffin wax when you add gel. The whole experience was great. Yvette took her time, listened to my needs, and did my pedicure just the way I like it. I will definitely be back.
