the 2 stars is solely for the owner/management and not for the service received. I've been seeing my nail tech Cindy for approx 8m-1y and she is flawless. My nails look incredible every time and she is kind, patient, and meticulous and my gel fill ins always last the full 4 weeks. , the manager however is rude, unprofessional, and clearly doesn't see how her scheduling of her book is pushing loyal clients away. I ALWAYS make an appt in advance to see my nail tech. I arrive on time for my appt and every single time I am Sitting waiting for 30+ minutes to be seated. I told her I'm flexible and don't mind waiting 10 minutes, things happen, but to constantly be waiting 30-45 minutes is UNACCEPTABLE. I explained calmly how disappointing it is to arrive and have to wait when I schedule an appt and was rudely told if I want to see Cindy I'll always have to wait. How does that make sense if I pre make an appt and you confirm the time? How is her poor book scheduling my problem? Everytime she's always running late?? something doesn't add up. You should know your nail techs well enough to schedule their time properly. She constantly tells me I can be taken immediately if I see someone else. I don't want to see someone else that's why I make the appt for Cindy..lol the owner has never apologized for the delay and seemingly puts the blame on me for not choosing another nail tech. Apparently I am not the only client that has had run ins with the owner. If this is the way she wants to run her business she should change her business model to first come first serve and she wouldn't have this problem. You can't take appts and not keep those times.

To tell a customer that has been coming to you for years "you're always complaining" is just BAD business. Trying to charge me more when you have charged me consistently seems downright unfair. Giving me green nail syndrome because you don't use clean equipment on each customer is not sanitary and not considered "complaining." There should be a certain level of standard provided, and cleanliness is not one that can be substituted let alone customer service. Get it together.

I saw this place on Yelp and based on the reviews, I decided to try it out. I had a wonderful dip manicure and gel pedicure. I didn't have an appointment and they were able to have me in and out quickly. Also, the prices are some of the lowest I've seen in the area. I will definitely be returning. Thanks so much!

I have been going to this nail salon since I moved to Morristown a year ago. I had been hesitant to write a review but the last 4 times I have called and made an appointment I have had to wait over 25 minutes. I like the salon, the staff is nice but they have to do a better job at scheduling and prioritizing the clients that called and booked, not wall ins. I work a lot and when I call to schedule an appointment I allot that time of an hour to get a manicure. If I am told to be there at 1pm and do not get taken until 1:30pm I am now late for my schedule and sometimes cutting it very close to walking out the door without being serviced. Very frustrating. I would rather be told ahead of time they cannot take me than having to wait almost 30 minutes each time.

Very good spot! Michelle was my nail tech who did my UV gel fill manicure and she did an amazing job. Her fill in technique was 10/10 and her filing into coffin shape was also 10/10. She was very attentive and paid attention to detail. Kevin was my nail tech for my pedicure and he gave me a 10 min massage while I was getting my manicure done. 10/10 massage and 10/10 pedicure he was super attentive and also did a very good job. I usually don't write long reviews but this place definitely deserves recognition for their excellent techniques and customer service. They are super friendly, proficient in nails, and reasonably priced. I 100% recommend this nail salon.
