I am extremely disappointed. I've always had a hot and cold relationship with this place, but I've been coming for pedicures often. Today was the last time I'll ever visit this place. I was there, from start to finish 20 min. The girl was rushing as if there was a fire in the building. The job clearly shows. Disappointment is an understatement.
Mei has done my nails for a second time and I really appreciate her being open to my thoughts on how I want my nails done! Her execution is great, though her cleanup strategy could use some improvement! Overall great vibes in there and TONS of color selections!

Horrible service and horrible job. I came in for a gel manicure and a pedicure. They left half my cuticles hanging, painted the nails uneven and did not scrub my heels. There are so many great salons. Don't waste your $$ here. Pics say it all.
Was home visiting my parents and decided to get my nails done. I haven't gotten them done in this area so I gave nail castle a shot. Y'all.... They did such a good job. I did a french design on dip powder with extensions. Jenny was AMAZING. So nice, great service, no wait, and the quality of my nails is amazing. I was nervous about doing french cuz my last nail tech did such a bad job but Jenny went above and beyond. My set was $65 which I was shocked by because that's a really good price for extensions + dip + french.. will be 100% coming back again!!
