I started patronizing this salon several months ago to try it out. I ended up with severe nail fungus on almost all of my nails! I was informed by another salon that it was due to dirty tools being used and skipping steps to secure the acrylics. Beware!
Thought this was going to be my new salon but with charging $50 to have express pedi and paint nails is way too much for me. will not be going back
I went in to get my acrylics off and sat there "soaking" for over an hour. Then the nail technician cut my finger and I started bleeding. And then my nails were not even at all. All in all terrible experience and I will NOT be returning.
This place is absolutely horrible!!! And PREJUDICE! I made an appointment the previous day for a pedicure /fill in and manicure for my daughter. I get there earlier than my appointment and they start on my toes! My daughter is sitting and waiting, people are walking in, no appointments and they're servicing them instead of my daughter who has an appointment!!! I casually asked why she's still sitting and waiting, the lady says oh and starts to speak in her native language to another staff member. They tell my daughter "oh we get you after her!" So I'm fuming at this moment. Now my pedi is done, they sit me at a station and begin to work on another WALK IN!!!!!! A this moment my blood is boiling, Bc it seems to me that a walk-in is being serviced faster and more important than an appointment! Or is it Bc I'm BROWN?!?! Which happens quite often in these "COMMUNITIES" because of the "Black People Don't Like To Tip" stigma! Extremely offensive, and I tip handsomely each and every time I'm serviced!!!!!!
So the bottom line, I never got a fill in, even though I had an appointment! I gave them a few choice words before paying and walking out! There were plenty of people to service me that day, but they chose to go another route once again as they always do! One young girl working there was so sweet and tried to help me, but you could see she really didn't have much authority, so her hands were tied!
I hate this place, and if I could have giving it "ZERO STARS" I WOULD HAVE! Your establish IS THE ABSOLUTE WORST!!
They got me in very quickly as a walk in. Jenny took care of my full set. She was very sweet and patient, she really took her time giving me the desired look that I wanted . I'll definitely be coming back.
