I've been going to EMILY at 6002 for about 14+ years now. She is a complete gem! Never had a cut, highlight or color job that I didn't love!!!! I recommend her to anyone looking for a seasoned, professional hairdresser. Plus, she has the most amazing personality, and ensures I have everything I need to enjoy my appointment!
I can't speak about the other hairdressers, as I've only ever been to Emily. Except for Erika, who did an amazing job with my hair and makeup for prom!
Definitely check this place out. You will not be disappointed! :)
I have been getting my hair done here for over 10 years... seriously the best place that I have ever been. I have had my hair done by Brittany, Jeremy, and Emily. I go to Emily more constantly now but they all do a great job. I have also come here for special occasions in the past to get "up-do's"... Prom, getting pictures take, weddings... etc. You will definitely want to call to make an appointment. I have NEVER left there and not loved my hair! Also, everyone is extremely nice and makes you feel so welcome. I recently moved an hour and a half away and will continue to go to Emily!
Do NOT let this other person fool you 6002 is one of the best salons in Fort Wayne...Ask for Emily she is the best and she is a blast also Jeremy is one of the best stylists they have and I am sure he listened to the other customer.
I'm on vacation and always hate going somewhere other than my normal salon. However, my friend raved about this place and her guy Jeremy. The salon looks fine when you walk in...but that does not make a good salon. Needless to say, Jeremy totally messed up my hair. I even had pictures, technique suggestions, and very specific instructions. I should have known better when he turned the chair away from the mirror while cutting. There is nothing worse than a bad haircut!! Everything I asked for he didn't do and his technique was amateur at best. I'm so angry!!
I can't wait to get back to California and to my awesome salon Dearinger.
