Went in today to get my nails and toes done with my best friend she wanted her ring finger to be sliver glitter but the guy doing it didn't listen and decided to do if dark blue instead...also when I was asking him to trim my artificial nails he kept refusing and saying they will shorten when I file as they did not....the whole appointment seemed rushed. Then it was time to check out where the lady checking out pretty much made me leave a tip... definitely wasn't impressed with the whole experience was extremely excited for a girls day then all this happen.
Always get a great looking pedicure. I've gone here for years and still drive the longer distance to get back.
Had a gift certificate for this place. My first mani-pedi of the summer. I was so excited! Not anymore. Cold water in the foot soak, got to soak for about a minute before she started the pedicure. No cuticle work done at all, no callous removal, no lotion, no massage. Pretty much just trimmed my toenails and painted them. Same thing for the manicure. Just trimmed my nails and painted them. No soak, no lotion, nothing. The 1 star is because she did a great job painting my nails. It cost me 70.00. I won't go back.
I was getting a pedicure when a black woman walked in asking for an acrylic nail set to be placed on her fingers. She was told they were too busy. The black woman said she could wait but, again was told they were too busy and the woman left. Approximately five minutes later, a Caucasian woman walked in requesting the same service and was told she could go pick her color. I have never seen such blatant racism in my life. I felt so bad for the black woman. I will never return to this place again.
I am SO disappointed! Me and my best friend stopped in to get pedicures and full sets before our vacation and we're extremely excited. The salon was beautiful, however my experience was horrible. The lady that serviced me didn't even let my feet hit the water (that was piping hot) before she started to work on them. I did not get to soak at all. She didn't use any of the Callus cream before she "grated " my half dry skin. I even told her before we started that I wanted an exfoliating pedi. The pedi lacked massage and lotion on my feet. She filed my skin on my finger to the point where I bled. And half of my nails are missing polish on the side of them. My friends service was wonderful. They offered her water, and she received a wonderful massage. Her nails also looked like crap considering the same person done them as mine. Do not recommend this place at all!
