Classic Cuts Salon in Fort Wayne, IN

Minnie is the owner of the salon, and will go the extra mile for you!  She researched a problem I was having with my hair, even purchased items specifically for me.  My stylist, Jessica, is also awesome!  You can't go wrong going here (I have been a client for 4 years)!

Tiffany is the best! She listens, she's fast, she has a great personality, and she does a fantastic job. I'm from California and visiting this area and every time I come back here I will be seeing her.

I tried this place out a few months ago.  I wasn't happy with my color.  I lived with it because I got very sick and couldn't get back in during the first 7 days after the color.  That is the time frame my stylist, Tiffany gave me in order to fix it.  So I returned 5 weeks later in hopes that she would get it right the second time.  Well I was wrong.  I looked like a skunk.  My roots were white/platinum blonde and I had told her to darken them.  Needless to say I was upset.  This was the second time she made my roots too blonde.  So this time I stayed there.  Extended my appointment and Tiffany redid my roots AGAIN.  THERE WAS NO CHANGE.  She tossed in a few barely there low lights.  I truly wanted to cry.  I paid the bill.  Even tipped her because I'm a good person.  I went home and my entire family was staring at me in disbelief.  So I then colored my hair myself after paying $85 plus tip for awful work.  I seldom write reviews but this experience was awful.  The salon is not that clean either.  Tiffany's station was a dirty mess that day.  I do not recommend this salon.

It's funny how people were complaining about the extra fees (few dollars). I had my hair done by Jennifer and I extremely satisfied. I used a groupon for the first visit and had to pay a few dollars extra. I didn't mind and didn't care as long as the end result meet my expectation. The city where I came from in the West Coast, getting colored and cut would cost you at least a couple hundreds. I'm sorry guys, I disagree with all comments. Jennifer, thumbs up!!!!! I will keep on coming back for more!!!!!

Im disappointed. I purchased a Groupon for my best friend to get her hair professionally​ done for the first time. Bought a package for full highlights, cut, condition, and style. My friend has medium brown hair of medium length. She went in for her appointment and they told her she had to pay extra for toner (which in my experience has always come with highlights automatically) and they only gave her partial highlights in stead of the full highlights that I paid for. They said if she wanted full highlights she would have to pay for extra lightener. I feel like they were trying to swindle my friend who had no experience out of money even though it was already paid for. 2 stars because the end result looked good but it was less than what I paid for.
