Nail Pro's in Fort Wayne, IN

Misquoted prices, charged for dip powder, though not what i got. "Pedicure" half-assed...still can start a fire with my heels... 2 full sets & pedi and charged $208... still left $40 tip because i am not a prick, but ridiculous... first and last time going there...

My husband and I went to get pedicures for my birthday. We did a walk in and they got us seated and ready in 20 minutes which was nice. Then it went down from there.
They started my husband before me, we didn't get to do it together. They just wanted us out of there. When the lady that did mine got started, she rushed my pedicure.  They massages our legs like they had to get it over with fast. The water was cold, I asked for it to be hot. They then made it SUPER hot. I finally just started to adjust it myself. I don't think the lady understood it. I felt like I was having to take care of myself. If you don't get gel polish you get a sheet of colors to choose from and that's it. I was extremely disappointed and we paid $110 with the tip because I always tip 20% even when it is bad service. We got the Deluxe pedicures ($35) with a wax treatment ($10).
My toe nails don't even look that good for $45 plus a tip.

They would look at us and then speak in another language I was not familiar with. It made us uncomfortable because it felt like they were talking about us. My husband was already a bit anxious because it was his first pedicure.  
It felt like I was in New York City and they were a soup kitchen, get your soup and get out.

Hands down one of the best shops I've been in-in Fort Wayne. I got there pretty early. About 9:00 am. I waited about ten minutes. Played on the phone and enjoyed the Atmosphere. They were very kind and super professional. The lady I seen was super nice. She didn't hurt me once. I'm so awkward when it comes to getting my nails done. Bc it usually hurts me pretty bad. But today not even one weird feeling.  which was great. Bc my fingers usually hurt bad after I get them done. Anyways. I'll definitely be going back. The color and shape is so perfect. And they all match and are the same shape. I highly recommend this spot. Oh and the cherry on top. So affordable. $55 for a whole set with powder. Was over packed or crowed. Enough room to get around. Definitely go here. It's a hidden gem. If you want the lady I seen she wears a high heel necklace. Sweet as pie. I think her name was Tammy. But these darn masks muffle everything. 10/10.

I went to Nail Pro and to get tips and a pedicure. The young lady who did my pedicure was gentle, I got specialty pedicure my feet smell good. My tips were beautiful also going back next week.

Start to finish my mani pedi took 2.5 hours and involved 4-5 technicians. In the end my nails were far too thick, sloppy, and the wrong color, because the tech switched colors without consulting me. In the end I was so frustrated but didn't have the time to wait around and have them fixed. I tried to reach out to the salon the next day via phone and social media and never received a response. Pictures were taken the day after the manicure. Only giving stars because my husband's "pedicure" was ok.
