Nicole uses an online scheduling system, but she doesn't seem to know how to use it properly. Twice we had an appointment, but she insisted that my appointment either wasn't on her schedule or it was at a different time. Even though there was an appointment confirmed by the system, she wouldn't listen to me. She became argumentative and basic threw me out without listening to me or looking at the schedule. So rude! I'm extremely happy she didn't get a chance to touch my hair. She probably would have screwed that up too. I wouldn't recommend her to my worst enemy. She only has a few customers and this is probably why.
