Eyebrow Stop in Ann Arbor, MI

Saw the reviews and called to see if Reekha was available, she was near hotel so I immediately went. There. I saw some awaiting for her so I knew she was good. I went for tint and just that, I did inquire about laminating but she wanted to assess my eyebrows. She saw that someone previously took too much off one side and it was completely different. She actually explained and got them back. She showed me how it look and said it's clean you can actually get lamination if you'd like and tint. She checked on me and let me know and I see so many coming in looking for her. But she handled workload very well. Love how she fixed them. She told me in a few months they will grow back just takes time. I wish I lived here because I would definitely come back.

Worst customer service ever And they don't do a good job Worker was so rude, me and my sister wanted a certain lady to do our eyebrows she tried to convince us to go to someone else ,so we just stepped out of the shop

I hate it! I go there sometimes because I don't know any other close place. She literally made my eyebrows very thin and i hade red marks for a week also my skin is very itchy!!! Not recommended

Terrible. I should have trusted review. She made my brow width to 60% and said just trimmed. Now I have so narrow brow. I hope it grows again. Also, she did not make the right and left brows matched, so my right brow is higher than left brow. Terrible. I will never go there again.

I've now visited 3 times in the last year. Rekha has done my eyebrow threading twice and I am pretty pleased. The first time she was considerate to stay on the conservative side and then we were able to fine tune more the second time around. I appreciate how she listens to what I voice and want. Also, she is careful to constantly check left versus right sides -- asymmetry bothers me and I've felt very good with her technique and results. I recommend.
