Had an appointment today and showed up only to find that they had closed the store for weather. No call to cancel. I needed to go today because the fill I had less than 2 weeks ago has all but fallen out. Would not recommend based on my last two experiences. Prior to that it was ok but difficult to schedule at times.

Taylor is wonderful! I've been seeing her for almost a year now and I haven't once been disappointed. Before I switched to Lash Lounge in A2, I was a member at Amazing Lash Studio in Charlotte NC. Lash Lounge's pricing/membership options are better and it's definitely a better vibe overall. :)
This is my new spot!! Imara hooks me up every single time. She is super meticulous and clearly has a method to her movements. You can tell she works from side to side to make sure both eyes are completely even. She measures your natural eyelashes to help you determine how long your extensions should be and has a full on discussion with you about what your goal look is. Super cute ambience; very comfortable beds too relax on with slightly elevated feet. Also, with Sherpa weighted blankets! I fall asleep every single time. All of the staff is very kind. I could definitely just hang out here with these ladies. I look forward to my appointments. The membership is priced just right to saved about $35 - $40. I love them and you will too!
