Very friendly location isn't the best for me is why I stopped going. Do love that they are open on Sundays. Even when I broke a nail within a few days on my own they fixed it for free
I read all the negative but I needed 3 chairs for a mani on Dec 21! I have gone to this salon for years, but I am not the mani/pedi queen and was a bit nervous reading recent reviews. Yes, it was busy at 4:30-5pm but the technicians were polite and did a great job. I have no complaints about the service at all! The salon was clean, the service was great and an overall win in my eyes!
Absolutely amazing service by Teresa - she was efficient and I think she created the best round shape out of all the nail techs I've been to. The interior is nice and clean but surprisingly busy for a Wednesday - then again it's the Wednesday before Christmas so maybe it should have been expected. I came with my fiance's sister and she was getting her nails done for the first time ever. Overall a great experience and high quality for being done in such a timely manner. I'd definitely come back, though I'm not often in the Richmond area. While I got natural nails with tip extensions this time around, they have a large color variety so It'd be fun to get something colorful or shiny next time.
I have tried many nail salons over the years, and my first visit here, i havent gone anywhere else. Staff is always so sweet and friendly, it is very clean and kept up well, and i feel genui relaxed when i come here. Would definitely recommend
