Not happy with a dip manicure. Technician put on product so thick it chipped off in 1 week. Terrible customer service. Went back & spoke to Mgr. She said she can only fix 2 nails! My bill was $45! Don't go there unless you want bad service & money w

I wish that I could give less than a one star. Aside from quality of nails, everyone knows customer service at a nail salon is very important! The quality was not great, and the customer service was even worse. There are no prices listed and it was clear that the technician was making up her own prices. I am not sure if it's because she'd think I was going to tip, but $35 for a gel polish change is insane. I switch to regular polish and while I was waiting for my toes to dry, she was pressuring me to pay right now, and instead of once my toes were dry. There was no policy requiring this, and it made me very uncomfortable that she was requiring that I pay right then when she wasn't doing that for anybody else drying their nails. Can't believe that I would rather paint my own toes, then go to the salon again, but it's true. Please take your business elsewhere!

I was told to choose a color and then promptly told I couldn't get the service because they "close at 7:00". She clearly didn't care that I was walking out the door. i won't be back.

Questionable customer focus. Voicemail has hours of operations until 8. I make it there at 6:15 a lady is doing one lady's pedicure and the open sign is still lit on door is open for me to walk in only to be told no one was there to do my nails. The next day I call. make a 6pm appt and was told they were open until 7, get there at 5:55 all pedicure chairs are full and nail tech has a customer I am then told she does know how to do gel or acrylic but she never asked me what I needed done and never looked at my nails. I could only deduce that Cathy's nails turns away black customer because each time I came thru they were happily servicing white customers.

Cathy nails is a horrible person and place to do business with. Went in today, I guess the nail tech was taking to long to do my nails and she tells her in their language which she didn't know I spoke her language. She tells her I need to pay more because I guess the tech was taking to long to finish. She was making sure she did a good job. It was not anyone waiting.I will never go back in there. It's about 50 places that does nail in this area. It was my fourth and last visit. Mimi does a excellent job, but that thing that runs that place is wicked and gets a 1 because 0 is not a option. They call money hungry people Greedy.
