I usually don't hit nail salons when traveling but due to an unexpected popped off nail..I had to make an emergency trip to a nail salon in Richmond. I picked this one based on reviews and location and can say I was very pleased. My nails were done flawlessly and I received exceptional service. I wish I had gotten the name of my technician because she was very good. Update: they lasted 3.5 weeks with not one chip.
Just got a dip manicure and pedicure from here and the lady that did it took her time was extremely nice! Will definitely be returning
I've been coming here and few other places for years, and it is basically the same where I go so never bothered to write a review to anywhere. But I recently came here and the nail tech named Young was amazing so i just had to share this experience. Apparently she work in NYC for over 30 years and recently moved here. Which is good for us because she is a diamond in the rough. I asked if I could see her next time and she said the best way to see her is to set an appointment with her. I gave her my number in case she leaves to work for another store, hope she calls if she leaves here. Try her and let me know if I am wrong or not.
Amazing techs who remember you and your preferences in detail, even if you only sporadically show up every couple of months. They take pride in their work. Highly recommend!
